***THE DAILY LIVEPRAYER TV NUGGET: Friday was the 53rd annual “Earth Day.” I will never forget as a 12 year old 5th grader when I was in one of my classes and it was announced that we were honoring the 1st annual Earth Day. A gift God has given me! is really
good instincts about people and issues. At age 65, 53 years later, I still remember thinking this was kind of “stupid.” We were supposed to draw a picture of “mother earth.” A gift God DID NOT give me was the ability to draw, nor was I very motivated to do so anyway. If you are not old enough to remember that period of time, our nation was suffering from dirty air, smog, polluted waterways, water you would never even dream of trying to swim in, and public places full of garbage. It was not uncommon during that time to be driving along when all of a sudden out of the car in front, you would see a bucket of fried chicken bones tossed to the side of the road. Along the side of the road you would often see broken dryers and refrigerators. Garbage and pollution was common. For those old enough, you probably remember the public service announcements of a Native American standing on the side of the road full of garbage, in front of a polluted stream, with a tear rolling dow! n his cheek.
There did become a public outcry to clean up our waterways, clean up our air. For the record, even at my young age I had no issue with that. It made sense. You didn’t need to be a genius to see dirty air, dirty water, public garbage was nasty and needed to be cleaned up. That made sense. Over the next 10-15 years there was a major movement in this country to do just that…AND IT WAS VERY SUCCESSFUL! We did clean up our waterways, we did clean up our air, the smog that hung over most major cities like Los Angeles was cleaned up, and tossing garbage in public became behavior people no longer would tolerate. It wasn’t perfect, it didn’t happen overnight, but as we moved into the 21st century our country had done a great job over the last 30 years of the 1900s in cleaning up our environment. Again, I never had any problems with any of that, it all made sense. Of course, once those objectives were met the whole environmentalist movement began to take a hard turn left. The! minority in
that movement the late Rush Limbaugh called “environmentalist whackos,” suddenly became the majority. It was about this time that the whole global warming/climate change narrative began to emerge. For the record, this whole notion of climate change was based on a flawed computer model that the author of that model has LONG since claimed was in gross error. It quickly became an international issue as globalists saw the environment as a major opportunity to generate trillions of dollars while being able to control every person alive on the planet. They have to a large extent been very successful in their efforts, while it has been a destructive financial nightmare for the average person who has been under the rule of governments who has bought into this LIE of climate change. The average European and citizens of other countries are currently dealing the financial pain due to their leaders buying into the lie of climate change. THAT IS ALSO TRUE OF THE 330 MILLION PEOPLE WH! O LIVE IN THE
UNITED STATES! At the end of the Trump Administration we were energy INDEPENDENT and on the verge of becoming energy DOMINANT that would have brought billions into our treasury. That all stopped day one of the illegitimate Biden Administration! A little over 2 year later? Gas and all energy costs are 2-3x more expensive than at the end of the Trump Administration. Our overall economy has taken a massive hit due to the higher energy costs, hurting most those in the middle and lower classes. Green energy is a total and unrealistic fraud. Transitioning to green energy is a physical impossibility! Pushing green energy policies or “environmental justice” as they call it, over the greatest reservoirs of gas, oil, and coal, will ultimately DESTROY the US economy and be the end of what we used to know as the “middle class.” China, Russia, or any other number of enemies of the USA don’t have to lift a finger. We will destroy ourselves pursuing these globalist energy policie! s. Guess who is not
buying into the climate change lies? CHINA! RUSSIA! IRAN! INDIA, MEXICO, SAUDI ARABIA AND MOST OF THE MIDDLE EASTERN NATIONS! If the globalists keep power in 2024, the end of this nation may be much sooner than anyone can believe, and the saddest fact is we will have done it to ourselves!!! Do you see now why I am begging God’s people to gird their loins, put on that armor, and help me lead this nation back to God and His Truth? If we don’t succeed, God’s judgement could fall on this land in so many ways. One way is this whole climate scam that is becoming more entrenched every single day!

Immutable is one of those $5 theological words that describes an attribute of God. It is one of those attributes that allows us to keep our faith and trust in Him daily. It simply means “without change”. That is why we can boldly say the same God who brought you through the storm 3 months ago, is the same God who will bring you through the storm today. He doesn’t change. That is why we can have confidence each day that God loves us. He doesn’t change. It is the fact that God never changes that gives us the ability to go to 1 John 1:9 when we sin and KNOW that He will forgive us and cleanse us. Part of the foundation of our faith is this wonderful truth that GOD NEVER CHANGES.

While God does not change, the fact is WE DO!!!

The challenge I want to give you today is this. Take a few minutes and get alon! e in a quiet
place. Get some paper and a pen. Make a list of the following categories: DAILY WALK WITH CHRIST , CHURCH FELLOWSHIP SERVING GOD, SPOUSE (if applicable), CHILDREN (if applicable), MOM, DAD, BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND (if applicable), FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS, SCHOOL/WORK, FINANCIAL, HEALTH, RECREATION/HOBBIES, BONDAGES (such as alcohol, drugs, pornography, gambling, etc.). Now in each category, simply jot down notes as to where you were in this area 10 years ago, 5 years ago, 1 year ago, 6 months ago, and where you are now. Be honest, this is between you and God.

The point of this exercise will be apparent very quickly. We change. We are not immutable. Unfortunately, much of our change is for the worst and not the better. It doesn’t happen overnight but over a period of time just like the tide that slowly rolls in. It isn’t even something we notice most of the time. Looking over your paper when you are done, will clearly focus you on those areas of your life that you need! to work on
and make some changes in. This may seem like a waste of time, but trust me, God is speaking to you loud and clear as you read these words. He is trying to get your attention.

The 10 minutes it will take you to do this can be the difference between your relationship with Christ being all it can be or having little life in it. It can be the difference between a better marriage or divorce. It can be the difference between having good health or constant battles in that area. I am not trying to be over-dramatic but the way we change over time, the subtle ways we change without even being aware of it, can lead to many of the problems you are dealing with today. These could be some of the most profitable minutes ever as the Lord reveals to you those areas of your life that need to be worked on.

I love you and care about you so much. I realize many will resist this exercise for many reasons.

Realize the enemy will try to stop you from having to face in black and ! white
those things in your life that need changing. We get comfortable in our lives even when they aren’t the way they should be. We get comfortable living with sin. It is like having a mouse in your house. You can’t catch it, and may even get to a point where you will try and live with it. My friend, it is time for a Holy Ghost extermination of those things in your life that shouldn’t be there. The only thing keeping you from all the wonderful blessings God has for your life is YOU.

I will be praying this weekend that you will take the time to pray, put your life on paper, see those areas that you have moved away from God in, and give yourself a real and precise focus. I talk about game plans as a way of overcoming sin in our life. Once you complete this, you will then have identified those areas that need work. The next step is to formulate a game plan in order to get where God wants you to be in every area of your life. It won’t be easy. It won’t happen overnight ! but over time,
working faithfully daily, and in the strength He can supply, you will see victory.

We can be thankful today that our God NEVER changes. We do. Now is the time to see the areas of your life that need to be changed for the glory of God!
